PROJECTS THAT WILL BE DEVELOPED BY THE PRINCES CHAMBER

The provision of a “one stop” source for “problem solving” locally for the benefit of its members. The introduction of various community counseling services with developed service and support programmes.

The sheltering and financing of all locally based and registered NPO’s / NGO’s who provide services contractually to the community through the trust.

The organizing and holding of various informative meetings, functions, events, sports, recreational and artistic programmes for members.

To provide strong co-operational interaction with municipalities, provincial government, and government agencies to ensure that they operate efficiently which can lead to the streamlining of government departments as user friendly operations.

The ongoing monitoring of municipal expenditure – with rectification intervention – to ensure fair practice and distribution equitably eliminating corruption and waste.

The ongoing monitoring of local crime statistics and intervention methods linking both police and social workers to improve the reduction of criminal activities and their consequences.

The ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of schools, educational facilities, hospitals, clinics and other health facilities, municipal services / public institutions on behalf of resident / members to ensure an acceptable level of services and applied high standards be provided.

These trusts will be job creative, necessary and will be invested into seriously by THE HANCUMQUA ROYAL HOUSE OF THE KHOI-KHOI.
AGRICULTURE:
Is proposed as a Kingdom owned imperial program. It encourages farming through the acquisition of farms, owned by THE ROYAL HOUSE, but leased to groups of formerly disadvantaged people, who will be implementing, the divisions Farm Management Programme. It is substantial in size and scope being a major cash generator for the Royal House with sector dominance in food production is envisaged.
ENVIRONMENT:
Our effort to clean up the Environment is proposed as an effective waste management system which is really needed. This proposal is directly linked to the establishment by THE HANCUMQUA DEVELOPMENT TRUST of operational LOCAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST’S as operators and described in the main prospectus document titled; The Trust South Africa Programme, available on the website soon.


CONSTRUCTION:
THE ROYAL CAPE CIVILS AND EARTHWORKS DIVISION will focus on major construction projects of a macro nature plus ROYAL HOUSE subsidized housing on a large scale from 2024.
HEALTH:
THE ROYAL CAPE HEALTH DIVISION proposes to produce a health food to be used as a medicine formulated to combat HIV/Aids with a full patient/Epidemic monitoring system, it includes the establishing and operating of a network of dedicated HIV/TB Clinic’s. This division will also roll out its home-based care orientated multipurpose Centre program intended to be established and operated in all municipal districts.
EDUCATION:
THE ROYAL CAPE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DIVISION whose focus is on the ongoing supply of stationary and other educational related requirements to the nation’s schools and the introduction of a developed electronic school classroom tuition system, designed to greatly improve the learners subject retention and exam results. Also due for introduction from 2021 of the divisions “Royal Cape” network of products and services. Plus, a further network of dedicated skills training centers.
COMMERCE:
THE ROYAL CAPE COMMERCIAL TRADING DIVISION intends to establish a nationwide retail chain of supermarkets, builder’s hardware and fashion stores providing ongoing discounts to trust members.


MANUFACTURING:
THE ROYAL CAPE MANUFACTURING DIVISION will formulate the blending of base chemicals into concentrates for the production of various household products. The divisions operational system encourages entrepreneurship and can provide some 400 000 jobs annually within two years after ‘start up’.
The school clothing division focuses on the mass production of quality school uniform Items, to be sold through schools with participating schools and parents benefiting financially from this arrangement. Manufacture of fashions-apparel and uniforms on a national scale are also featured.
